Neal has been in the automotive industry for 14 years! He helped run a family owned business that consisted of a “Buy Here Pay Here” car lot, a salvage yard, and an automotive repair shop. He recently got married to his now wife Katie back in February of 2018. In his free time, Neal enjoys running, golfing, camping, hiking, sports…basically any outdoor activity. He is also a diehard Steelers fan. Fun Fact: Neal has run the Indy Mini for 8 STRAIGHT YEARS and has ended his streak at 5 straight for the Chicago Marathon this past year.

Poor service This was the second consecutive visit where I had to return to the dealership the next day so they could correct their poor work. The first time I had This was the second consecutive visit where I had to return to the dealership the next day so they could correct their poor work. The first time I had front brakes replaced and had to go back the next day because they were squeaking. This most recent visit I had a $525 maintenance check, which included an oil change. I had to go back the next day (again) because my vehicle was leaking oil in my garage, driveway and every parking spot it occupied. SO irritating! I feel in general this dealership as well as another local Toyota dealership on the north side of Indianapolis are not familiar enough with servicing Land Cruisers because they are a low production vehicle. Either that or they're just really bad at what they do. Perhaps a bit of both. More

Got the job done!! I had a problem with my Jetta and brought it here not knowing what to expect. Above and Beyond what we expected! We had not bought a new car in 15 years so we were a little rusty on how the whole process worked. Erika was great from the minute we walked in and helped us test drive the Toyota RAV4 we were interested in. She spent a lot of time with us answering our questions both that evening and the following week as we looked through all of our options and made a decision about this important purchase. We had interactions with other staff members and were also impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness. We had experience another dealership where we felt like a "sale" rather than customers so we were very pleased with Erika and the rest of the staff treated us with respect, patience and seemed to really care about answering our thousands of questions. We would highly recommend purchasing for Erika and the Tom Wood Toyota team! More
