Neal has been in the automotive industry for 14 years! He helped run a family owned business that consisted of a “Buy Here Pay Here” car lot, a salvage yard, and an automotive repair shop. He recently got married to his now wife Katie back in February of 2018. In his free time, Neal enjoys running, golfing, camping, hiking, sports…basically any outdoor activity. He is also a diehard Steelers fan. Fun Fact: Neal has run the Indy Mini for 8 STRAIGHT YEARS and has ended his streak at 5 straight for the Chicago Marathon this past year.

I traded in my car for a used f150, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Wayne and Neil! Wayne went above and beyond making sure I was happy and Neil did every thing he could do to with the customer service I received from Wayne and Neil! Wayne went above and beyond making sure I was happy and Neil did every thing he could do to make sure my new truck was right. We will certainly be back when it is time to get a new car for the wife! A Dealership Is Only As Good As Its Crew Outstanding professional and knowledgeable customer service well beyond what we encountered from their other local competitors (Ed Martin Toyota being Outstanding professional and knowledgeable customer service well beyond what we encountered from their other local competitors (Ed Martin Toyota being the absolute worst customer service we've experienced in a Toyota dealership anywhere in the US). If you have a high standard for honesty, integraty, attention to detail, and expect true commitment to delivering exactly what you want and them seeing it through then go to Tom Wood Toyota and ask for Matt Brown. As a Marine Corps veteran and the son of a former Nashville, TN dealership owner I know exactly what high standards looks like. After shopping around at other central Indiana Toyota dealerships we were pleasently shocked by what we experience in dealing with Matt Brown. I can't speak for the rest of the Tom Wood sales department, but Matt Brown is old school customer service perfected in today's world. My dad would've been extremely happy to have him on his sales team and after our experience I consider Matt Brown to be a friend that I would be happy to return a favor to anytime. More

Always & I mean always professional. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly. The staff are quick to take care of you whether on the phone or i here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly. The staff are quick to take care of you whether on the phone or in person & this new Center is beautiful with great amenities. I’ve conducted conference calls from their work stations so I didn’t have to miss anything at the office while my car was being tended to. This team makes it so I don’t dread bringing my car in for service. More

I was not satisfied with ur service I was not properly guided by your staff .I was told that my car warranty is free but getting to your office to fix my car engine light that was on , I was not properly guided by your staff .I was told that my car warranty is free but getting to your office to fix my car engine light that was on , I was told that warranty does not cover it , i bought this car less than six month and the engine light has been on after six month of purchase and they said i should pay by myself before it could be fixed. I am not satisfied and not happy about my experience with your company. Most of your staff are not friendly and not approachable. More
