I traded in my car for a used f150, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Wayne and Neil! If you have a high standard for honesty, integraty, attention to detail, and expect true commitment to delivering exactly what you want and them seeing it through then go to Tom Wood Toyota and ask for Matt Brown. As a Marine Corps veteran and the son of a former Nashville, TN dealership owner I know exactly what high standards looks like. After shopping around at other central Indiana Toyota dealerships we were pleasently shocked by what we experience in dealing with Matt Brown. I can't speak for the rest of the Tom Wood sales department, but Matt Brown is old school customer service perfected in today's world. My dad would've been extremely happy to have him on his sales team and after our experience I consider Matt Brown to be a friend that I would be happy to return a favor to anytime. More

Always & I mean always professional. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly. The staff are quick to take care of you whether on the phone or i here for the past 10 years & every time I’ve been treated professionally & quickly.
