Then tried to explain and emphasize something and was told "Don't yell via text"... cause they xxxx sure don't call and make sure they help. They send a lot of texts and harass you to no point asking you to do their job and then tried to pull a fast one and add things to the loan by telling us they are "required"! Luckily our lender AND our insurance company called and asked us why we opted for them! Then the dealer gave us a hard time trying to remove it! Won't do business there again! More
