I’m very glad that after my initial debacle at this location I was able to speak to Brooklyn, floor manager, Neil, finance manager & John the GM & we reached a deal. Originally, the salesman & finance location I was able to speak to Brooklyn, floor manager, Neil, finance manager & John the GM & we reached a deal. Originally, the salesman & finance guy made me feel bamboozled & taken advantage of. John swooped in, called when he said & fixed it. I purchased the 2019 Chevy Traverse from Colin. He is excellent and will do incredible moving forward in this role. He was an absolute gem! More
