Whenever I walk in to return my lease and switch to a new automobile, I know that I am going to be treated right. Steve and his team take so much time and care with me. I had no idea what kind of car that I wanted to go into this time around. I must have driven half of their stock and each time Steve review my deal with a smile on his face. He knew with my repeated business that I was there to make a purchase. If your a new customer or a return customer like myself, you will become a repeat customer. Every service person that is under Steve holds the same level of exemplary customer service. I can't say enough about the car service and the scheduled maintenance. They are second to none. My car always is returned working well. I would highly recommend Sloane Toyota to anyone who is seeking a beautiful car and an even better sales experience. More

My experience with car salesman, When entering the parking lot we met Neil and explained what we were looking for, he escorted us to the used 2012 Prius V5 car and retrieved the key s When entering the parking lot we met Neil and explained what we were looking for, he escorted us to the used 2012 Prius V5 car and retrieved the key so we could get a better look inside and take it for a test drive around the lot. He explained the features on the car and the advantages of each. There was no pressure to buy. He also showed us the new car of the same type and the smaller Prius. He answered all our questions with honest answers and when he didn't know something for sure he said he would get the answers for us. He listened to all our remarks on the particular car and gave us input where needed. It was the easier car deal I have been involved in, of course some of the credit goes to the Toyota itself, since we have had them in the past and was always pleased. When we came to pick up the car and make the final payment we had a friend drive us (Nelson) and he also was very impressed with Neil. He may be in the market soon and will definitely look up Neil. He gave us a quick overview of the features on the car before we drove away very satisfied. . More
