Made an appointment for my 5000 mile inspection of my 2025 Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. Their appointment system is excellent. This dealer has a seamless maintenance process. Got there an hour early; no worries they still checked me in immediately. They have a well oiled system where areas of their maintenance process is integrated and customer interface was comprehensive. They have two customer waiting lounge’s which serves a variety of free coffee and donuts plus free internet while your car is being worked on. They have numerous staff and garage maintenance facilities to handle vehicles like a well run factory. Great customer service. I highly recommend Toyota of North Austin! More

You tried to intimidate us into buying a vehicle that your dealership clearly knew was in poor condition. That’s not salesmanship—that’s predatory behavior. You are an embarrassment to the profession and a shining example of why used car salesmen have the reputation they do. Your actions have permanently branded Toyota of North Austin as a dishonest operation in my mind—a con job hiding behind a corporate logo. Thankfully, I had the foresight to purchase the extended warranty—something I now fully expect to need. And rest assured, I will never set foot in your dealership again. In fact, I’ll be steering clear of all Group 1 Automotive locations—because if your conduct is any indication of how they operate, then the whole organization is a plague on the industry.
