Worst service I have ever gotten. Been coming to sunset for about 30 years. That’s done now. My truck is more screwed up now then when I brought it in. 14 months of getting jerked aro Been coming to sunset for about 30 years. That’s done now. My truck is more screwed up now then when I brought it in. 14 months of getting jerked around is ridiculous. It literally took 14 months to get warranty work done that I had to pay for anyway because I was lied to by my first service advisor. He was fired. My second advisor unfortunately had a stroke. My third advisor did the best he could with my situation. If there was a negative star rating I would have gave that. More

Very disorganized with my 715 appointment. Then told me I agreed to leave vehicle for 3-4 days when I specificslly said I needed the vehicle at the close of business. Most of the time parts are required to provide good service. It took way too long to get parts. The unfortunate thing is my service was due to recalls. Had my car towed in for service, unfortunately it took over a week to be serviced. This is a daily driver so it was a little challenging.
