I recently traded my Subaru Ascent for a newer Ascent. I worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. Due to the car shortage and logistics issues, I unfortunately had a less than ideal wait tim worked with Nealy, their tradeup advantage coordinator. Due to the car shortage and logistics issues, I unfortunately had a less than ideal wait time to acquire my new vehicle. However, Nealy was beyond professional. She kept me informed every step of the way. In addition to this, once the vehicle arrive, she did the majority of the prep work before we arrived at the dealership. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I would sincerely recommend her services to anyone looking to trade up. More

We bought our first Subaru from Grand when the dealership was new. The wonderful service dept (shout-out to Joe B.!) had kept our car running great for 13 years. Now we bought our second Subaru, from Nealy. was new. The wonderful service dept (shout-out to Joe B.!) had kept our car running great for 13 years. Now we bought our second Subaru, from Nealy. We wanted manual transmission so Nealy placed the order for us, quickly and easily, and kept us updated along the way. She is friendly and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience - from the first day I walked into her office, to the day that she handed us the keys - very positive! And easy!! My husband is an enthusiastic “car guy”/hobby racer and drives other brands, so we have accumulated a lot of car buying experience over the years. Hands down, Nealy was the nicest sales person we’ve ever had! More

In the past 7 years I’ve bought 3 cars from Grand Subaru in Bensenville. The next 3 cars I buy will be from there as well. On my most recent purchase, General Manager- Ryan Drouin and TradeUp Advantage Co in Bensenville. The next 3 cars I buy will be from there as well. On my most recent purchase, General Manager- Ryan Drouin and TradeUp Advantage Coordinator- Nealy Anderson far exceeded my expectations. They took time to understand what I was looking for, provided great advice, and delivered on an efficient and seamless trade-in and purchase closing. Not too mention a great price on both the trade-in and new purchase!! In the past 7 years, anytime I have needed service, their service department was hassle-free, easy to work with, and provided honest advice. Nealy was so kind and patient with us our first visit, mind you it was the end of our shift!
