I bought a very expensive top of the line grand Highlander from this dealership. Purchasing the vehicle was not difficult and everything seemed to be fine in that process. They Said we could pick u Highlander from this dealership. Purchasing the vehicle was not difficult and everything seemed to be fine in that process. They Said we could pick up the registration or they would mail the registration to us as soon as They received it. Several weeks later, we got a phone call informing us that the registration was there and that we could get it and I asked them to mail it to me. They complied and said that’s fine. It’s been two months now since they said that. I have tried to call them and left. Several messages contacted several people, talk to the selling agent asking about this registration. One person told me that, “ Well, that’s really the United States. Postal Service is problem. You really need to contact them”. So I guess my complaint is they have no trouble taking your money and giving you a vehicle, but you are going to be treated like an irritant or ignored entirely after you drive the car off the lot. Do not buy a vehicle here. There are other places in the metroplex that would love to sell you a vehicle and help you if you have a problem. Louis Robinett More

Who's Kevin Perkins? Waited for the car to be delivered from another dealership 4-5 hours. Salesman said it was on the way. The dealership it was coming from was only 45 minutes away. (Because I didn't want a sunroof and wanted the color white) Excuse, the driver didn't let them know he turned down the job. The car, wasn't cleaned, before we took it home due to it was so late that evening. (yes they offered but it was already 9:00 p.m) We also were never shown any of the features on the car or how to use them. Very disappointed, the car had over 300 miles on it, but when we filled out the paper work the girl wrote 125 miles. So many mistakes. Very disappointed, with how all this was handled. This may not be what you want to read, but it happened. More
