Deceptive sales tactics by the salesman. Kept adding charges (almost 2k) on top of the advertised car price even though the ad said no dealer add-on. First brought the Invoice showing $199 Kept adding charges (almost 2k) on top of the advertised car price even though the ad said no dealer add-on. First brought the Invoice showing $19999, When on their website it was listed for $16999. Once I asked to correct it, he went back and came With $16999+ $2000 add-on for some bogus package like tints, nitrogen etc. I was finally able to get it removed upon Insistence. All in all, it took 6 hours to purchase the car. Finance dept was unsually slow. Shady practice, Will never go again. More

The salesman was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and was very accommodating. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. Drove 2hrs to this place to buy a car to put up for sale on cars.com and after 3hrs of preparing the paperwork, I was told the car had not been inspected so they will give me call when it is ready. They did on cars.com and after 3hrs of preparing the paperwork, I was told the car had not been inspected so they will give me call when it is ready. They did not have any a tiny bit customer courtesy to call back. I called two days after only to be told the car did not pass inspection. This business does not respect customers, please give your business to dealers who respect and value it not matter how small your money is. More
