I usually don't do reviews but Neil provided excellent service and determination to get me into the exact car I wanted! I was told by sales managers and other sales reps that they could not make the deal service and determination to get me into the exact car I wanted! I was told by sales managers and other sales reps that they could not make the deal and that it would not happen. Neil made it a point to ensure he did EVERYTHING possible before turning me away, even by going up and up the ladder until he got a yes on the deal that we were trying to achieve. Even after buying the car, I have had a couple of questions and minor things I want done with the car and Neil always ensures to get those things scheduled in an expedited manner and is always very helpful. 2 things that I like about Neil are that he is ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and always has a great attitude.
