Took my car in for an oil change and to get the back door fixed. Picked it up with a giant crack across my whole windshield. Ryan the service manager was rude and took absolutely no ownership after he specifically said when we put it on our forklift it cracked. Which means you cracked it. I am speaking with my lawyer at the moment and have every intention on moving forward with a lawsuit. All you have to do is do the right thing and fix my windshield. More
