This feedback is very concerning to read. It is our goal to make the purchasing process go smoothly for our guests, and I am sorry that this was not fully reflected in your experience. I would appreciate the chance to speak with you so I can better understand what went wrong here. I will search for your contact information, but in the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Thank you, James Breaux - General Sales Manager - 1 (281) 558-3030
