This was my first time buying my own car and from the second we walked in there Nelson and Luis were such a great help! As a first time buyer I wasn’t knowledgeable about everything that goes into buying a car, but Nelson explained everything to me from the car itself to ways I can improve my credit to set me up for my future. I cried after everything was signed and they both were so happy for me and hugs were shared all around! My boyfriend and I came to Kia of Wesley Chapel, after seeing they had some of the best online deals for a Kia Soul. I’ve wanted the Soul for quite some time now; I am a small woman (4”10) and it seems seeing they had some of the best online deals for a Kia Soul. I’ve wanted the Soul for quite some time now; I am a small woman (4”10) and it seems like the perfect compact vehicle. This was my first time buying a car and, in fact, is my first car! I brought my boyfriend along to help me make some good decisions, and we met Nelson the moment we parked. He was a kind and friendly man, who didn’t come off as the typical “greedy and grimy” car salesman. I told him what I was looking for and he did his absolute best to accommodate! We’d just had a horrible experience at the dealership down the road, so it was refreshing to be treated like actual people (and not just a commission). Nelson showed us a couple of vehicles, but we wanted to take the time to see a few more around town before saying Yes. He didn’t try to force us to stay or hackle us for leaving. He was very understanding and we (as you can see) ultimately decided on the Kia Soul+ he had shown us earlier! I couldn’t be happier! The only real downside to the whole experience was that the building is currently undergoing some renovation. Seeing as this can’t be helped (and is certainly better than not fixing what’s broken), it didn’t bother me too much. The waiting area for guests is essentially a large shed, however, which can be a bit uncomfortable for some. The friendliness of the staff (and the bit of A/C inside) did do wonders for the situation, though. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking to buy a Kia (especially a Kia Soul) come here! Luis and Perry were also a pleasure to work with, and saw to the finalizations of all the legal mumbo-jumbo. Thank you SO MUCH Nelson, and thank you Kia of Wesley Chapel! (: More
