Exceptional Customer Service! My wife and I came in to Fuccillo Kia today just to browse and get information because we are first time car buyers. We were instantly greeted and Nelson came over and he started asking us about our wants and needs. We had strict wants and needs. Nelson listened to us and really gave us an offer that we would not find anywhere else. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that meant a lot because I have extreme anxiety. I never felt pressured or rushed. He explained everything throughly and made the buying process go smooth. I recommend Fuccillo Kia to everyone but especially if you are purchasing your first car.
