Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and super knowledgeable. In my search for a new vehicle, I received an email from Karen and the magic started there. If it wasn't for her initial contact I don't think I would have my new vehicle right now. I had already been to many of the Nissan Dealerships in the DFW area and could not find what I wanted. It was really getting to be a hassle and some dealerships I went to were playing games. But that all changed with Karen. Nissan of Wichita Falls had not one, but two of the vehicle I wanted within 150 miles. My Salesman Nelson was the greatest. He is young, but don't let that fool you. He knows what he is doing. He promptly answered all my questions and knew every detail of the car I was buying. Nelson was the friendliest, most efficient and professional Sales Representative ever! Even better, all of the Nissan of Wichita Falls Associates worked as a team. Even the Finance Manager, Justin was easy and fun to work with. I just wish they were closer so I could get all my maintenance done there. I'm extremely happy with Nissan of Wichita Falls. What more could you ask for? A better deal... I got that too! I drove a 230 mile round trip from Fort Worth, Texas to Wichita Falls, Texas and am 100% glad I did... Bravo! Thank You!!

They did what they could and a deal just couldn’t be reached. But working with Michael Smith was horrible. I gave my keys for my trade in to be asses

I gave my keys for my trade in to be assessed and after figuring out a deal couldn’t be reached I was waiting for my keys to leave he continued to try to convince me into a deal I was obviously not going to make. Then after going back out to wait by my car he sent out the sales guy with a set of keys to another vehicle that I was not at all interested in (and they knew it based on discussing what I was looking for). After all that he did eventually come out with my keys without saying a word and an attitude like he wanted to throw them at me.

Kyle, you are correct in a couple things… unfortunately we were unable to get to the payment that made you comfortable. Your salesperson Nelson worked hard to get a deal you could live with but you were set on the payment and on that particular vehicle, we were unable to get there. Michael Smith was the floor manager and he stepped in to help to get a better understanding so that he could help get a deal put together. After you got up to leave, Nelson came to the desk and asked if we had another pickup that would work within the guidelines you had set. I told him there was one other vehicle we could make that payment happen on. We were sincerely trying to get you a pickup within your budget. As soon as Nelson told me that you wanted your keys I sent them back out to you. We would never want anyone to feel “held hostage” as you put in one of the other reviews that you left for us. The entire team at Nissan of Wichita Falls tries to help any way we can. My name is Dusty Buckley and I am the one that appraised your vehicle. You never spoke with me directly nor did you speak to Brian Wells directly as he is the detail manager. In both negative reviews you left on 2 different platforms you mentioned myself and Brian Wells. Again, I am sorry if you felt that we were doing anything but trying to help.

Who did what isn’t important. In fact Michael Smith didn’t even bother to introduce himself before interjecting himself into the situation. I’ll make sure to update my rating on here but either way, when I’m loading up to leave, your team all but refused to give me my keys and continued to push to sell a car to someone who was obviously done and attempting to leave. It made me and my fiancé very angry. That is very unprofessional and my experience should be known.

I am very sorry to hear that you are displeased. I did tell you over the phone, the last time we spoke that if you would give me an estimate on the scratches that I would take care of them. You also told me on that same phone call that you were not worried about the waste gate because your warranty covered that. I never heard back from you on the scratches, nor did the salesman.

Yes sir, that it correct. Nelson, your salesperson, gave me the information back in early October and I am the used car manager you spoke with on the phone. You sent me photos of the scratches but since you are out of state I asked you to get me an estimate. I do recall at that time you also told me that you would leave us a bad review if I didnt fix the scratches because even though you had video and still photos of the unit you were buying, you werent able to see the scratches. Here at Nissan of Wichita Falls we always do everything we can to take care of our customers.
Again, I am very sorry that you are displeased.

Well if you want to take care of your customs give the ford service department at Lewis Ford in Dodge City, KS. That is where the vehicle is at the moment. I figured I’d start fixing the bigger problems such as the waste gate rattle and the broken ac before starting before I’d start working on the body. They are currently replacing my ac evaporator for the rear of the cab. It is not covered by any warranty. They quoted me $1600 to fix that. That would be a good place to start. I can still take the review down before it posts.
