We are so happy with our Mazda CX-30. It is a beautiful car and we couldn't be more pleased. What really made the difference, though, was working with Nelson. I have been buying new cars every few years since 2010, always a Honda, this time i decided to try a Mazda. I first went to the Mazda dealership in Milford since it’s the closest to my home, while they wer always a Honda, this time i decided to try a Mazda. I first went to the Mazda dealership in Milford since it’s the closest to my home, while they were friendly it just wasn’t the same as Colonial Mazda, I could instantly tell the difference from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. I was looking to see/test drive a 2020 CX-30. Nelson was amazing right from the beginning, going out of his way to show me the different color choices on other models just so I could get a better idea of the true color (and this was before i even sealed the deal by leaving a deposit). I wanted the CX-30 in red which took a few weeks to find and during that time Nelson was away from work on vacation but he stayed in contact with me even while on personal time to keep me updated on the search. He worked with the bank to get me the best financing possible since this process took over a month from start to finish. I’ve probably had 4-5 new cars since 2010 and never once did a dealership/sales person put a red bow on my new car and take my picture, (and i was a very loyal customer to one specific Honda dealer) it wasn’t my 1st brand new car, or my first car purchase, I was a brand new Mazda customer, which makes me assume if they treat someone brand new this well that they treat their regulars even better. Which was proven to be true very quickly because even after I left the dealership in my new Mazda CX-30 I have reached out to Nelson with specific questions about my new car, and he has also made sure that service reached out to me to schedule an appointment to install an upgraded rearview mirror that had to be ordered. Out of all my car buying experiences this was the absolute best and Nelson was AMAZING!!! More

Wow...what can I say about this amazing dealership and Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I wa Adam....I just purchased my 5th Mazda from Colonial and my 2nd from Adam....the process was seamless....Adam came in on his day off to make sure I was completely satisfied and that all questions were answered before I took ownership of my 2020 CX-9. I drove 4 hours from the State of New Hampshire to do business with Adam and Colonial Mazda... how’s that for loyalty. This dealership treats you like family!! From Dave Adam the sales manager to Jeremy Reichen the Service manager and Joe Lionetti the director, to the master mechanics, to Adam and the rest of the sales staff... I am so happy I decided to head to Colonial Mazda, not only do they have the most affordable prices in the area, but a wonderful staff.
