Not only did he spend a lot of time with me while I went back and forth about buying the car but he was very personable, down to earth, & easy for me to communicate with about my needs and wants for this car and for it to work for me & he made it happen. They were very efficient and accomodating when it came to getting the car the same day & having it ready to go when I needed it. (also love that starbucks machine haha) Im so excited about my new car and Nelson and everyone else at this place made the experience a pleasurable one. I have never owned or leased a Subaru because I am a Honda man - too early to tell but I know I'll be satisfied. Truthfully, I was on my way to the Honda dealership because I love my CRV but my wife wanted to look at the Subaru's but Perry gave my a deal I just could pass up. We just got a 2014 Subaru Forester and are very happy with our purchase. The entire process was smooth and painless. We test drove several cars and decided on the Forester for its size and amenities. Nelson is young and friendly willing to answer any questions, patient and ready to work with the client. You still need to do your homework to help give him leverage when negotiating the price.
