Brought car in to replace engine battery and basic maintenance service. Was told it would take 2-3 hours. Ended up taking 5. Had to look for Nelson twice to get an update. When I told Nelson that I had to leave for my lunch date at 1;45pm, he tells me that they’re putting the tires back on. What? Toyota paid for outbound Uber. I paid for the inbound Uber because it would have been too much of a hassle to call Nelson and tell him to book an uber for me. Not what I expected for my Saturday. More
