I had the great fortune of having Nesly Telusme as my salesperson. If you should ask for him by name, Nesly is pronounced "Nestle." And as corny as this may sound, it's true: his super friendly, attentiv salesperson. If you should ask for him by name, Nesly is pronounced "Nestle." And as corny as this may sound, it's true: his super friendly, attentive, and caring customer service was as sweet as the chocolate! Since I live about 200 miles away, making this sale work smoothly was no easy task. Nesly went above and beyond the call of duty to help make it happen. There were a couple of major hurdles before and after the sale, but he handled them with aplomb and good cheer, and got it done! Yet, as they say, it takes a village, and Capital Eurocars provided Nesly with the team support he needed to deliver solutions. Case in point, Chris, the sales manager was terrific. Oftentimes, when you get to the point of crunching the final numbers and closing the deal, it can feel like a grudge match. To the happy contrary, though, I found Chris to be a kind and thoughtful person (even an ally), and it resulted in a pleasant and unexpectedly meaningful experience. In closing, I reserve my highest kudos to Nesly, who got this deal from the 1 yard line, all the way down the field, and touchdown! We were treated expertly from start to finish. We initially called to see if the vehicle was available. Our assigned Client Advisor Nesly Telusme had the car ready to show when we arrived. Nesly was very laid back and polite which made it easy for my wife and I to just relax and digest the cars features and benefits in comparison to other cars we had tested. The car we bought is amazing and it didn't take us long to decide to move inside for the transaction. Nesly was efficient and listened to our input. He was able to communicate it accurately to the Sales Manager John Sipay and we reached an agreement quickly. I sincerely appreciate the enthusiasm the whole team had for us when we were done. The vehicle is for my wife and they made her feel special. I also commend Jeremiah for assisting us while Nesly was with another customer when we arrived. He made sure the dealership made a good first impression.
