The first two years of ownership, I serviced my car here because I received free oil changes with my purchase. I always had good experiences. However, it is a bit of a drive, so when the free services ended, so did my visits. I’ve been to other mechanics since, and just recently returned - I’m so glad I did! Jason was so helpful for selecting snow tires, and Kevin helped with all of the other repairs. (100,000 miles and two recalls) I was treated so kindly and I am very satisfied! I believe Todd was the manager I talked to and give me the final price and was a Great person to deal with along with Josh in Finance. Josh (Last name I couldn't remember) found an error in paper work and corrected the issue and got things through pretty quick and explained what the paperwork was for and about. I still read through myself, but he was patient and didn't mind. Great Job on his part. Happy with my purchase and the Rudy Luther Team did a great job. Well done! Even though we were only at the dealership to get information about a remote starter for our 2018 RAV4, talking through our needs with Nettie, it became clear that our needs had changed and the car needed to change as well. The 2019 Highlander will tow more than the 2018 RAV4. Simple as that. We could have gotten a Highlander when we got the RAV4, but the towing need had not presented itself at the time. This is our third Toyota we purchased with Nettie. Every one was an easy purchase. That's why we gave Nettie 5 "Rock" Stars. More
