I'd also like to add there's a different aura in the air. Management may need to do "team building" activities or incentives. I purchased 1 vehicle/leased 1 vehicle in less than 6 months, the environment was definitely better.

They know exactly my case. I already contacted the customer service manager directly and sent pictures showing the terrible condition in which the car was delivered to me, and they simply don’t care at all. This is the worst place to take your car. My Grand Cherokee was at this dealer for 2 weeks for 5 recalls (it already had around 10 other recalls done in just 2 years), an oil change, and a defective heat pump replacement. According to the service adviser, all of this should have taken 5 days. Instead, it took 2 full weeks. Communication with the service adviser and anyone in the service department was extremely difficult. They barely reply to messages. Out of 20 phone calls, maybe one connects you to someone at the dealership. All the other calls are routed to a third-party call center that cannot transfer you to anyone at the service department. When I finally picked up the car, the condition was awful. It was completely dirty, dusty inside, and full of grease on the gearshift and start button. The interior looked neglected, almost like the car had been vandalized while at the dealership. This is not what you expect when you buy a $65,000 vehicle. This car has been extremely problematic and defective, with over 15 recalls and even a fire hazard. I will never get a Jeep again, and I will only return to this dealer to return the lease. Never again.
