The car we wanted to look at had already been brought to the front of the dealership and washed when we arrived. Chase went with us on our test drive and explained all of the features in the car. The negotiation was very low pressure with plenty of time to ask questions and explore different options. There was a misunderstanding regarding the warranty on our certified pre-owned vehicle, and Chase had the highest level of integrity regarding the situation. He brought in Nic to help resolve the issue and to the credit of Mercedes Benz of Loveland they honored the original agreement even though it meant a loss of revenue for them. We appreciate the honesty and integrity that was shown during this unfortunate incident. We know that we can safely recommend Chase for the purchase of your car! More
