Nicco and Jay were very helpful during the whole process. From the first phone call until the moment we picked up our truck they were there to help. A couple weeks after having picked up the truck I got a phone call from Nicco just checking that everything was ok. The negotiations were a bit long but in the end my wife and I left feeling like we got a good deal. Kudos to David too, he really handled a little misunderstanding that almost made us walk from the deal, but as I said in the end we left feeling really good about our whole experience buying with Scranton. More

This dealership was a pleasure to do business with. Absolutely no pressure from anyone at any time. At the conclusion of my visit we had agreed on the right price and the vehicle was purchased. They did so exceptionally well that I drove my new vehicle home the same day. For me, that’s providing customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this dealership as a place to visit. An additional thanks to the members of the service department who made sure I was able to drive my new purchase home the same day. More
