I texted Nick before leaving the house and I did get a reply right away. After driving an hour to get to the dealership, the car I wanted to look at was not set aside and ready nor was Nick even aware of reply right away. After driving an hour to get to the dealership, the car I wanted to look at was not set aside and ready nor was Nick even aware of where it is. Finally after 20 minutes I see another customer looking at it. I was really hesitant on driving that far but Nick insisted he will do his best to meet my budget. He came at me with over $200 more than my monthly budget and under-valuing my 2 year old fully loaded car by $3000. This dealership was a complete waste of my time. By the way this would’ve been my 5th Chrysler Minivan. More
