I texted Nick before leaving the house and I did get a reply right away. After driving an hour to get to the dealership, the car I wanted to look at was not set aside and ready nor was Nick even aware of reply right away. Finally after 20 minutes I see another customer looking at it. I was really hesitant on driving that far but Nick insisted he will do his best to meet my budget. He came at me with over $200 more than my monthly budget and under-valuing my 2 year old fully loaded car by $3000. This dealership was a complete waste of my time. By the way this would’ve been my 5th Chrysler Minivan. More

We found Ganley Village online while searching for a new 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I contacted the dealership on Saturday Oct 9th and was connected to Nick Campola. We completed a deal over the phone and had no regrets driving an hour and 20 minutes to pick up our new car! We were greeted by Nick almost instantly when we walked in and from there showed us our car and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we had. Super happy with my experience here. I came in to look at a specific vehicle and Nick helped us out. When it was time to look at financing, Jeff was able to get us a better interest rate than we expected and was super nice. We brought our kids with us and Jeff and Nick were both super accommodating. Jeff even got them candy from the vending machine while we waited. The vehicle is in good shape and one of their "certified" cars and Nick had the gas tank full without us asking.
