This is the second deal I’ve done here. The first was a used 2016 Rav 4 limited. This time it’s a 2022 Tacoma. Nick was very low pressure and helpful with closing the deal and very knowledgeable. We just picked up our fourth Toyota at Herb Chambers Auburn. Each time, Dan, the General Manager, has been just exceptional. His staff truly follows his lead. Our salesperson (TJ) came down with Covid a few days after the papers were signed as we awaited delivery. TJ made sure that we had our financial questions answered clearly and completely by Monish in the Finance Dept. To be sure the delivery went smoothly, TJ arranged to have a colleague by the name of Nick answer all the questions we had about our beautiful new VENZA. Went in to look at a new vehicle since mine definitely needed an upgrade. My sales associate Nick was very helpful and made the whole experience less stressful. I went to this dealership and they were pretty good! A salesman named Nick came out to help me and he was very nice and attentive to what I was looking for.
