My car was totaled and I was without a car for roughly a month. When I was finally able to make it to the dealerships, I was running around like crazy trying to find a dealership that had a 2022 Toyota High month. Every other dealership we went to either had none on the lot or had been spoken for when they arrived. Herb Chambers of Toyota was so good to us. They had literally ONE highlander hybrid which I was able to secure. I didn't feel pressured to buy or purchase any packages and the salesman, Nick, was so genuine and personable and super transparent. Overall it was a great experience and I felt satisfied walking out. We just picked up our fourth Toyota at Herb Chambers Auburn. Each time, Dan, the General Manager, has been just exceptional. His staff truly follows his lead.
