Overall, very pleased with the purchase of a 2017 Ford F-150 Platinum! Very professional staff, friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaints/suggestions for improvement -- the truck was not very we F-150 Platinum! Very professional staff, friendly and easy to work with. Our only complaints/suggestions for improvement -- the truck was not very well cleaned inside and the truck bed was dirty, and we were not provided with a full tank of gas when leaving. More

In November of 2021 I ordered two brand new broncos! I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was comp I loved the experience and Dave Tucker was awesome! In July of 2022 I ordered the new Ford lightning. Dave Tucker assured me that the order was complete. I checked a few times on the status of the order and was told that I'm in line. 6 months later, I brought my Bronco in for service (one of the six things on the Bronco was corrected, still waiting for service to get back to me about the others ) I checked on the order I was told there was never an order placed. After going back and fourth with the dealer and Ford itself (who simply said, it was a mistake from the dealer. There's nothing we can do), I agreed to buy the lightning they had in stock for $10,000 more than one I had ordered. Kelly Ford is not interested in long-term loyalty. Instead, they're interested in making the most they can off of the vehicles they have. I understand it's a tough market, but unless Kelly Ford does something to attempt to remedy the situation, I will take my business elsewhere. More

I was appalled at the quality of vehicle I bought. I drove it off the lot on Thursday night at around 7 pm before I got it home there were red warning lights on the dashboard. They identified one up f I drove it off the lot on Thursday night at around 7 pm before I got it home there were red warning lights on the dashboard. They identified one up front as the wiper reservoir tank was cracked. The other lights they would have to check and see what the issue were. Now its been less than eight hours and I was talking with the dealership about when they can get it in to look at the other warning lights and only have three days to return the vehicle if I changed my mind. Well the next day as I called they couldn't get the reservoir tank. Now it pushes me to Friday afternoon less than two days owning the vehicle. At this time my salesman asks me to call and talk to Clayton Flynn who tells me he cant get the car diagnosed or worked on Friday it would have to wait until Monday. Once I dropped it back off at the dealership they had it for approximately the next 2 weeks thus voiding the 3 day return policy? Now its going to cost me another $1200.00 to repair the catalytic converter or whatever it was. At this point Clayton Flynn said he would split the cost with me. Good on him for that gesture, but knowing I was giving this vehicle to a 69 year old lady and stated biggest need was dependability and they didn't care and in my opinion sold me a lemon. In conclusion service after the sale was non-existent, I had to hound them every couple days to see when it would be ready. I finally was able to pick up this week. Totally, made the wrong decision going with Kelly Ford in Melbourne. More

Over the years we’ve purchased many vehicles from Kelly Ford. We initially did an online inquiry; BDC Agent Christine Kelly replied promptly providing a detailed run down of all vehicles available. The next day we met with Sales Consultant Reggie Morton who found the right vehicle for us and structured a great deal to perfectly suit our needs. Within minutes the deal was approved by Sales Manager Clayton Flynn. Finance Manager Nick Lagges quickly and efficiently completed the paperwork. It was a pleasure to do repeat business with a great team of dedicated professionals! More
