Our experience at Kelly Ford was excellent. We reached out to them with what we were looking for (Ford Escape Hybrid AWD). They located it and had it delivered to the dealership. The purchase process wa out to them with what we were looking for (Ford Escape Hybrid AWD). They located it and had it delivered to the dealership. The purchase process was a breeze. I am also pleased with the trade in process. Our Salesman Phil Pettus made us feel valued. He communicated with us regularly throughout the purchase process.
