I work at a body shop in Albuquerque and initially I went to Melloy Nissan since I have a few connections. I discussed what I was looking for. Kelly did not have a 6 foot bed and kept trying to sell a 5 foot to Melloy Nissan since I have a few connections. I discussed what I was looking for. Kelly did not have a 6 foot bed and kept trying to sell a 5 foot bed truck to me. Sales person very unprofessional. He did not care. I called Reliable and talked to Bryce on the phone and set up an appointment. Reliable did not have the vehicle was looking for but before I met Bryce he located 2 vehicles for me. I came in on a Saturday and we came to an agreed price and he had the vehicle by Sunday morning. Purchased the Frontier Wednesday. Everything in the purchase of the vehicle went smooth. Great experience. More

Finally I received a good service. The Service Manager talked to me and asked me what are my concerns. I told him what bothers me was the effeciency of the service and there should be The Service Manager talked to me and asked me what are my concerns. I told him what bothers me was the effeciency of the service and there should be more communication regarding the status of the repair of my car. The Service Dispatch and the Service Manager acknowledged my comment. Afterwards I received the status of my car that it's ready. The effeciency has improved. More

I was looking for a specific Frontier with a long bed. Bryce located a vehicle. We met on Saturday and the vehicle came from Colorado and arrived at the shop Sunday morning.
