Nick is great service manager! I had to come back after 3 weeks for AC that was not fixed properly first time. Website was unavailable and actual kept giving errors when setting u I had to come back after 3 weeks for AC that was not fixed properly first time. Website was unavailable and actual kept giving errors when setting up an appt. Nick is great service manager and handled situation well. I only like to work directly with him. Extremely pleasant, knowledgable and proactively communicated . Should wash and vacuum cars. Today you just provide a quick wash and be nice to provide same internally. More

I sat in one of their available private office cubes and got on with my day while I waited for my service to be completed. And after my service was completed, my car was ready to drive out after being washed at no extra charge. More

Not so a great service Customer service personnel seems to be very rigid on his terms. Stayed up to the point resulting in being not friendly in explaining how many miles service I am doing and what would be my next major service etc., When asked about the interior fabric protection insurance for a small scratch on the door and has turned out dirty as it was heavily used by my son, the service rep said it was intentional and it cannot be covered. I was questioning the Rep from the stand point of isn't this something not in my hands and so being the reason for taking insurance in the first place, he said he will check with service manager and get back to me. I haven't heard anything back then. More
