I've owned three Acura MDXs; the last two were pearl white (2014 & 2015). white pearl paint is chipping, it is a known problem and part of a recall. I never received any notices...despite having owned white (2014 & 2015). white pearl paint is chipping, it is a known problem and part of a recall. I never received any notices...despite having owned two of these cars (they did however, have my contact info for sales purposes). I found out about it a few months outside of the recall notice, not only did they deny my claim, extremely rude and unprofessional about it. If you google the issue, many car owners impacted have similar problem...never received the notice. Very disappointed; I was a huge supported of Acura. Not anymore. More

Not at all happy with the service department. Went in for routine service including oil change and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. Express oil change did all of the items in 20 Went in for routine service including oil change and was told it would be at least an hour and a half. Express oil change did all of the items in 20 minutes. I'm very sorry I bought the service package. I will not be a customer again. More
