I brought my car in to address a battery issue and have the car serviced. Nick Covino was my service advisor and as always very professional. Recently had the opportunity and pleasure of working with sales rep Paul Silverman regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. Paul was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He was extremely conscientious in making sure every one of my needs and questions were taken care of and answered as well. Paul certainly appears to be an excellent asset to Jackson Acura. In todays work environment it is becoming hard and harder to find not only hard working employees but those dedicated to their profession as well. But it sure appears that Paul Silverman fits that bill. More
