For several years have had my vehicle serviced at Jackson Acura. As a result have always experienced outstanding customer service from every single employee I have come across. Recently had the opportunity and pleasure of working with sales rep Paul Silverman regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. Paul was very easy to work with and very accommodating. He was extremely conscientious in making sure every one of my needs and questions were taken care of and answered as well. Paul certainly appears to be an excellent asset to Jackson Acura. In todays work environment it is becoming hard and harder to find not only hard working employees but those dedicated to their profession as well. But it sure appears that Paul Silverman fits that bill. More

My service advisor was Excellent. He made sure I was updated on all of the services needed and how long it would take. He was able to answer all my question and not make me feel like He made sure I was updated on all of the services needed and how long it would take. He was able to answer all my question and not make me feel like I was asking dumb question. I enjoy the time it took for my car to be pick up by a service tech. I drove into the service department and in less than 30 sec someone was there to take my car and point me in the direction of the service waiting area. The waiting had private rooms so I was able to work and take my meeting while I waited for my car. It also has a very good coffee bar. I only go back to Jackson Acura because of the service department and my advisor Nick. I tell people to go find Nick and get help from him. More
