But when I scheduled the appointment to meet with Nick, the scheduler was very welcoming and excited for me! The day I came to the dealership I had a car in mind that I saw online. Nick had the list of cars all ready and he suggested the same car. I test drove a 2015 Buick Encore, and immediately loved it! After getting an "A-ok" from my brother, I signed the paperwork! I never felt pressured or overwhelmed! And Nick made sure I knew how to use all the buttons in my new car (and there were a lot!) I am so happy with my car! Last September for my 61st birthday present we purchased our first Corvette (C6). Nick Cramer was our sales representative and treated my wife and I like we were family. Nick is so easy to talk to and answered all our questions. About a month ago I was looking on the Uftring Chevrolet web site and saw a beautiful blue ZO6 Corvette. I called Nick and told him we were coming to see him and ended up purchasing a new Corvette and we couldn't be happier. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but I have never had a more relaxed and comfortable experience than I did with Uftring Chevrolet and Nick Cramer. More

2 vehicles in 4 months We've now bought 2 new vehicles from Nick Cramer in 4 months. December of 2015 we traded our 7 year old minivan on a new "used" one on the lot. The process so super easy and the finance team worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible. Then this month we traded our 6 year old Ford Fusion in on a used Chevy truck. The truck was on a different Uftring lot so the process was a little clunkier. Nick did such a great job for us in December we wanted to give him our business again. I don't blame the Washington store for any of the issues with transferring the truck and once they were finally able to get it on the lot, the sale continued quite smoothly. Thanks again to Nick and the finance team for helping get in a couple "like new" vehicles for a great price and with a great experience. More
