I started to write this review by listing all the boring details that led up to our purchase of the 2017 Chevy SS that's now setting in our garage. That would be boring. The thing you need to know is that Nick Cramer is a great sales rep. He has knowledge of his product, and is as comfortable as a pair of old shoes. We had a bizarre experience with a St.Louis Chevy dealer that was two hours closer to our home. Nick did what he could to compensate for their mistakes. When we missed out on the 20% off on the year end closeout, I was ready to throw in the towel. Uftring had an SS in "Orange Blast" that I could have bought before the sale ended, but I couldn't bring myself to put down a deposit on a color that I didn't think I would like. My mistake. Should have trusted his judgement. He told me if I saw it I would like it. He was right. Somehow we ended up taking a three hour drive just to look at that color. He and Nate made us comfortable, and didn't give up on us. We ended up with the SS in our garage. In my opinion, you will enjoy doing business with Nick, and Uftring Chevrolet. More

Best Car-Buying Experience Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier from Uftring Chevrolet. This is the sixth vehicle we've purchased from this dealershi Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox Premier from Uftring Chevrolet. This is the sixth vehicle we've purchased from this dealership. Our salesman, Nick Cramer, was outstanding, as usual. He knew we were looking at the Equinox and spent a lot of time with us showing what he had in stock, driving both the 1.5T and the 2.0T and helping us decide what we really wanted and needed in a new car. As it turned out, the perfect vehicle for us was not in stock, but would be delivered to the dealer in two days. He called us when it came in and let us know when it would be through pre-delivery inspection and prep. With our German Shepherd in tow, we met with Nick and road tested the car. He had found us the perfect ride! In very short order, he had our trade inspected and valued to our satisfaction, gave us his best price for the new car and helped us get a good financing rate. That afternoon, we rode home in our new Storm Blue Metallic Equinox, which he even picked the name for: Blue Thunder. Nick went over and above for us with this purchase. He got us what we wanted and needed at a good price. And he treated us more like friends than just customers. We really appreciate what he did for us. Thank you, Nick! More

So when we decided to purchase a Corvette we went to the dealership & met with Nick Cramer. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. He is very knowledgeable about the Corvette and he took all the time we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. We also would recommend the dealership because of the sales manager, Dan Staggs, who was very friendly and helpful. Though he is new to the Finance Dept we were both impressed with Brian Tigue because be had all of the paperwork prepared when we arrived and all we had to do was sign. We also appreciated the time he took to explain the extended warranty we were considering and ultimately purchased. We were also impressed with the follow up phone call we received thanking us for our business. More

After working with Nick Cramer we were able to talk the young guy into a better and more sensible vehicle. Along with Nick's sales management team we were able to get an affordable payment and safe car for our son. As a salesman I didn't feel sold.
