Your team came through for me ... AGAIN Nick Cruz and crew saved my 4th of July. On July3rd at the end of the day my alt. gave out at work. I had to have it towed from Tracy to Sacramento Nick Cruz and crew saved my 4th of July. On July3rd at the end of the day my alt. gave out at work. I had to have it towed from Tracy to Sacramento with an hour and half time left for a loaner. Not only did Nick stay in constant contact with me but he also made sure I'd have a loaner available. The amount of stress going into a holiday with traffic and limited time simply disappeared as soon as I walked into the service department. I got there are 6:15 pm well after service was closed and the ladies in the cashier and vehicle transportation department made me feel like it was business as usual. I can't thank your staff enough for helping me with such care and fluidity. These are the experiences that bring me back to Lexus of Sacramento instead of going to closer locations. Worked with the very accommodating & easy going Kent Owens, and he located a couple of cars, out of town, in my colors. I made my choice and the car was ready in the early evening. Then the very patient Samantha explained the navigation, iPhone connections, how all the new safety features worked. I'm in my seventies, and don't understand some of the new tech stuff, so... when I say patient, that's an understatement. Everyone there seems to go out of their way to accommodate your every wish. Bottom line, extremely friendly dealership, nice people, excellent service, and of course, great cars. More

Excellent service and follow up Brought in my car for a knocking noise coming from the front end of my 2015 IS250. The service advisor Nick set up a test drive with the shop foreman Brought in my car for a knocking noise coming from the front end of my 2015 IS250. The service advisor Nick set up a test drive with the shop foreman and fortunately was able to replicate the noise. The service technician took many steps to address the noise and was able to identify the source of the noise. The knocking noise is no longer present and they also made recommendations on other safety related service. My front brakes were at 4mm so I had them change the front brake pads and rotors per the service advisors recommendation. Brake job was competitively price and plus they use Lexus parts. I have alway had great customer service with this dealership and the quality of work is top notch. The best part is that the service advisor follows up within the next day or two to check back and see if everything was completed to my satisfaction! More
