As everyone knows, car shopping can be stressful. After going to several dealerships and being frustrated with the service, I came to Westside Lexus to look at a car. Nick was extremely helpful in looking at a CPO 2022 RX 350. Even though we will not be in the market for another 1-2 months, he was very patient in explaining the upgrades on the subject vehicle for our 350. We were initially impressed with Nick Dallos because he didn't use high pressure tactics to try to sell us a vehicle other than what we knew we wanted. The vehicle was in such high demand that when it beca didn't use high pressure tactics to try to sell us a vehicle other than what we knew we wanted. The vehicle was in such high demand that when it became available, he offered to drive it to where I work to secure a refundable hold on it so other sales associates couldn't sell it without my wife seeing it herself after work (it was to be her car). The purchase through Nick was the easiest we've ever experienced. We appreciate how he paid attention to our needs and treated us as people and not just a commission source. Nick is a great guy, not just a great sales associate. More
