First off walking into the ford location your automatically greeted at first sight. And no matter how busy it was for nick faraci there were other employees there to check and make sure i was tak automatically greeted at first sight. Very Happy Bommarito Ford Custimer We recently purchased a pre-owned 2017 Ford Edge Titanium from Bommarito Ford in Hazlewood. Our sales rep was Justin Phillips. He did absolutely everything to make our buying experience stress free and easy. He found us the EXACT car we were looking for at a very reasonable price. It was Ford certified and provides us a great bumper to bumper warranty so we have peace of mind for years to come no matter where we travel with it. In addition, they were very fair with our trade in and gave us a great price. The finance department made the paperwork signing easy with their new high tech signing desktop that lets you easily read even the fine print, and sign right on the desk. Very cool. In addition they thoroughly answered every question we asked. As with all transactions there was a bit of waiting, but Bommarito even does waiting right. Our wait was minimal, and we were perfectly comfortable sitting on the leather couches watching a 65" big screen television, drinking Starbucks coffee and bottled water, and eating all of the ice cream we wanted from the help-yourself novelty cooler in the waiting area. When we went to get the car, Justin had it all cleaned, shiny, full of gas, and ready to go. He had even changed the license plate for us. He handed us the keys, shook our hands, handed us his business card and told us he actually comes with the car! Anytime we need absolutely anything regarding our car, we're to call him direct, and he will take care of it. Now that's service that we have never experienced from any other dealership, and we have bought lots of cars. Their customer service is five star, second to none. We love our new car, and we loved buying from Bommarito. This is our third purchase from a Bommarito dealership, and I know we will be working with Bommarito and Justin on any future auto purchase we make.
