We went for a test drive with him and he not only answered all of our questions, but he also educated us on many of the technology features of the vehicle that are not readily apparent. We also spoke with Nick about adding certain options. Nick was very helpful and nice to chat with. It was not a high pressure sales environment, so that made it a much nicer overall experience. Why aren't all dealerships like this one??? When I started working with David I said that I wanted to work everything out via email and phone before I made the 1.5 hour drive down. Hard to believe that is exactly what he did! Never have I experienced a dealership like Werner. From start to finish they were the best! David worked the deal and when we got jammed up on things he didn't toss up his hands, he worked with us to get us where we needed to be. When we drove down to sign papers, David was quick to explain everything to us about the car and he turned us over to Nick to get things signed. Nick had everything prepared, didn't waste our time at all but went over everything thoroughly. I chose to return the next day to get my all weather mats for my new CX5 Touring which they offered to mail, and when I arrived the sales manager offered to top off my tank for making the trip! Who does that???!! No one...but Werner! They excel in customer service!!! Ann More

The guys in the sales department were nice enough to loan me a snazzy 2016 Mazda CV-5 to take over to the mall to kill time while waiting. Despite living about 40 minutes from the dealership it's always worth the trip as the staff at this dealership is very friendly and helpful. More
