It is obvious he knows his stuff and pointed out a bunch of features of the vehicle I didn't know about (I thought I knew everything as I had been looking at this vehicle for a good 6 months). We looked at both a 2018 model and 2019 model. We got prices on both. Both prices were at the low end of comparables. The one thing they do really well is not pressure you. The first price we got from them was the best price they could do. No hours long back and forth. On car pick up day, everyone was on time and the car was ready. Again, no high pressure to add on last minute warranties, protections, etc. They offered them, just didn't try to force it on you. More

Car still smells like cigar smoke. I bought a 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen from Werner. The dealership and salesman were very accommodating. They let me take my time test driving and having the car inspected by a mechanic. When I test drove the car, I could tell it smelled like cigar smoke and the odor was being masked by a sickly-sweet deodorizer. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said they would remove the odor with an "ionizing" process. That took a couple of days which was fine with me - I was in no hurry. When I test drove, actually, "test-smelled" the car again, it had a bleach-like smell that the salesman assured me would go away. I could not smell the cigar smoke It's been a week since the car was ionized. The bleach-like smell has gone away, but a faint smell of cigar smoke and deodorizer has returned. I'm disappointed by this development because it makes the car unpleasant to drive. More
