Their attention to the long term customer is phenomenal … sales, financing, service: all great people willing to go the extra mile. Bob Werner is fortunate to have such a service oriented team. I know that in an emergency I can contact one of his team members and they will do their best to get me the service I need. As an example, my son recently had an issue with his brakes on a Friday evening. He needed to have his car for a trip on Monday morning. We called Werner and service was already closed. We got through to sales and Nick arranged for his car to be looked at Saturday morning. We had it towed to Werner and when we called to check on it Saturday morning they were already assessing the problem. Luckily it was fixable on a Saturday and he was able to get his car back on Saturday evening! Did I mention they offered him a loaner for the weekend? For my most recent service visit, I had some routine work done (oil change, mount snow tires, alignment) while I was out of town. I left my car at the airport, Werner picked it up and when I returned they picked me up at t he airport and brought me back to the dealership. Very convenient service while I was travelling and the only extra cost to me was a days parking fee at Manchester Regional ... actually saved me money because I was going to have to leave my car at the airport for 10 days which would have been over $100. Again, great service. I have dealt with many employees over the years but list a few below ... they are all excellent and have contributed to my happiness with Werner Mazda. More

Because of the no pressure, friendly staff, we returned once again when a Mazda was on our list of possibilities. David L. took us on a very in depth, informative test drive. It is obvious he knows his stuff and pointed out a bunch of features of the vehicle I didn't know about (I thought I knew everything as I had been looking at this vehicle for a good 6 months). We looked at both a 2018 model and 2019 model. We got prices on both. Both prices were at the low end of comparables. The one thing they do really well is not pressure you. The first price we got from them was the best price they could do. No hours long back and forth. On car pick up day, everyone was on time and the car was ready. Again, no high pressure to add on last minute warranties, protections, etc. They offered them, just didn't try to force it on you. More

Car still smells like cigar smoke. I bought a 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen from Werner. The dealership and salesman were very accommodating. They let me take my time test driving and having the car inspected by a mechanic. When I test drove the car, I could tell it smelled like cigar smoke and the odor was being masked by a sickly-sweet deodorizer. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said they would remove the odor with an "ionizing" process. That took a couple of days which was fine with me - I was in no hurry. When I test drove, actually, "test-smelled" the car again, it had a bleach-like smell that the salesman assured me would go away. I could not smell the cigar smoke It's been a week since the car was ionized. The bleach-like smell has gone away, but a faint smell of cigar smoke and deodorizer has returned. I'm disappointed by this development because it makes the car unpleasant to drive. More
