Oil Change and light change I spent $70 and did not get a car wash. I asked for a shuttle and they said 10 min It was an hour later before a shuttle was offered, too late! The Wow Factor I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service in the car buying world. It is difficult to put into words how impressed my family ha I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service in the car buying world. It is difficult to put into words how impressed my family has been with our experience here at Griffin Ford...... So we purchased our used full sized pickup truck here this summer, and from day one, the service provided has been absolutely excellent. Nick is hands down the best care salesman I've worked with. From the day we traded in our used van, all communication with the sales, service, and finance team has been fluid and pain free. I've never had to ask for anything twice, they're absolutely amazing. I have heard the namesake of the dealership say in interviews before that he strives to provide " the wow factor". And in our case...they absolutely have. This dealership is obviously run well from the top down..And thus is the best place you could go to in your vehicle search. My only regret is not coming here sooner. More

Happy Customer Just bought my truck from Nick Griffin of Griffin Ford. I emailed Nick about a vehicle I was interested in. He emailed me right back. Went in the next morning, test drove it, talked trade-in and price, and BOOM I had just bought my truck ! Nick's no pressure, no hassle, laid back approach was very refreshing compared to other car dealerships. It was a GREAT car buying experience.
