The Wow Factor I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service in the car buying world. It is difficult to put into words how impressed my family ha I honestly have never experienced this level of customer service in the car buying world. It is difficult to put into words how impressed my family has been with our experience here at Griffin Ford...... So we purchased our used full sized pickup truck here this summer, and from day one, the service provided has been absolutely excellent. Nick is hands down the best care salesman I've worked with. From the day we traded in our used van, all communication with the sales, service, and finance team has been fluid and pain free. I've never had to ask for anything twice, they're absolutely amazing. I have heard the namesake of the dealership say in interviews before that he strives to provide " the wow factor". And in our case...they absolutely have. This dealership is obviously run well from the top down..And thus is the best place you could go to in your vehicle search. My only regret is not coming here sooner. More
