Steve and nick Harmon were great. Had my oil change complete in under 30 mins! They even topped off all my fluids. Nick was even nice enough to bring me a hot chocolate when I was waiting for my car to complete in under 30 mins! They even topped off all my fluids. Had to take my car in less than two weeks after service because of a faulty O2 sensor. Service was OK with the repair otherwise,, but it was a hassle to have to take my car in a second time. Also, I had to because of a faulty O2 sensor. Service was OK with the repair otherwise,, but it was a hassle to have to take my car in a second time. Also, I had to go twice to pick up my car, because the first time I showed up 20-30 minutes before they closed but no one was there. The entire service department was empty and locked up. I asked the sales staff who were helpful but they couldn't get my keys for me, so I had no choice but to come back another day. Overall it was an ok experience, everyone was helpful, but there were just some inconveniences that needed to be noted. More

I had a very bad experience, took my truck in for a small oil leak on a Friday and got it back and the leak was 10 times worse. I called the service department on Saturday and was told multiple times there oil leak on a Friday and got it back and the leak was 10 times worse. I called the service department on Saturday and was told multiple times there was nothing they could do for me until Monday. I was stuck with out a truck for the weekend, was late for work, and my plans were ruined. Took my truck back in to get fixed on Monday, I got no apology and no one admitting they were wrong. In the end the repairs were fixed but I expected to be treated better after paying over $600 to get my truck fixed and the dealership messing up. I emailed the service manager about my experience with no response. The service manager texted me and asked how my experience was and I said it was not good, again no response. I also had oil stains all over my drive way at home and at work and after i picked my Truck up on Monday i noticed dirty hand prints on the inside and outside of my truck. I will not be going back here and I will never recommend anyone to go here. More
