I brought my 2017 chevy spark in to have the AC fixed. About 3hours and $305 later they said a sensor was broken and they replaced that but it still wasn't working because of a wiring problem. And they couldn't fix that unless I shelled out another $150. Why couldn't my AC be fixed for the $305??? It honestly doesn't seem like they did anything. I feel like I just wasted $305 and im still dying without AC. Im a single mom, I only make $10/hr and I have a lot of health problems. I don't have any more money to spend on this. More

I came in for service on my vehicle June 8th, spent close to $2000 thinking what I brought my vehicle in for was getting fixed. It did not get fixed, brought my vehicle in the following week June 16th to get to $2000 thinking what I brought my vehicle in for was getting fixed. It did not get fixed, brought my vehicle in the following week June 16th to get the original part fixed on my car, instead the service department manager did not help only tried making me spend more money than I spent the week before. I am completely dissatisfied with this service department and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone! More

Arrived for my appointment early. Each employee I came across was friendly and willing to assist any need I may have.
