Purchase of my lease vehicle Nick was fine but he tended to forget information they I requested and the time I told him I would be at the dealership. I asked him rates for the pur Nick was fine but he tended to forget information they I requested and the time I told him I would be at the dealership. I asked him rates for the purchase in advance but I never received a call. Meeting with the Finance man, James was interesting. I researched rates prior to the visit and dis not feel that the offered rate of 5.9% was correct. His response was that is what all banks offered but you can refinance the loan in the future. I signed and will plan on this in the future. If I told this rate prior I would have considered other financing options. My mistake since past dealing with the dealership also went well. More

In addition, David O., Delivery Specialist, went through all of the technology to ensure we knew how to operate it to the best of our ability prior to leaving the dealership.
