Did not pressure us to purchase since we were going to look at another manufacturer. But, we asked to look at some numbers so we could make a good decision. We decided to stay with Lexus and purchase the car. The finance manager, James Vu, worked out agreeable terms. The dealership someone to our home today to take us to the dealership to pick up our new vehicle. They are already showing great service after the sale. Looking forward to a continued relationship with Northside Lexus. More

He went the extra mile in every respect, from working through the “just right” set of features and options that would best serve us, to locating the perfect vehicle and getting it there overnight, to making our buying experience a pleasure. (An uncommon delight to say the least). Nick is fast and thorough. He’s a straight shooter who has earned our trust through TWO new-car purchases. He does Northside Lexus PROUD. Caleb Vario walked us through the financing process in a remarkable helpful way, without any sense of being “pushed”. He was quick and efficient. The paperless desk-surface technology for finalizing our purchase, trade-in and financing was impressive. Ava Nguyen took special care to work through ALL of our technical Q&As and bring us up to date with all of the new technological features. She stayed late to be sure that we knew everything we needed! More

I worked in the hotel industry for 16 years, and I know EXCELLENT customer service when I see one. Nicholas Makrakis, our sales agent, went above and beyond to find us the best deal for my wife’s car. One time, after I lost Nick’s business card, I called the dealership and ask to be connected to my sales agent. I said, “I forgot his name but I know he’s from Greece”... she could have transferred me to another agent but instead she was very patient to find my Greek sales agent (sorry I forgot her name). The whole experience was excellent. Again, thank you very much Nicholas Makrakis, (thank you telephone operator), and thank you Northside Lexus. More

LC 500 Purchase we were mislead from the very beginning, we actually were trading in two cars and were told to be there at 9 A.M. to sign paperwork. i doubled check we were mislead from the very beginning, we actually were trading in two cars and were told to be there at 9 A.M. to sign paperwork. i doubled checked twice with our salesmen that the deal was finished and that there were no questions or issues with finance, he assured me that we would have no issues. My wife and I drove both cars across town only to be told that finance had not even started on the deal. this is terrible business practice and this is not how i would treat a customer buying a 100,000 dollar car. More
