Very satisfied return customer I've purchased or leased at least 5 cars from Northside Lexus over 20 years and am never disappointed with anyone I interact with at the dealership. I've purchased or leased at least 5 cars from Northside Lexus over 20 years and am never disappointed with anyone I interact with at the dealership. The sales process is low pressure but effective. Nick Makrakis listens well to what the customer wants and makes sure he meets all your needs. My trade in was "made ready" to turn in and my new car was ready to drive off the lot within an hour of my choosing it. From my past experience, service calls are always efficient and well executed. I love my new NX300 and was happy to see a smaller SUV in the lineup. I'll be back for another one when my lease is up!! More
