Cole’s always on his A game! Cole was very good with talking with me first to see what I wanted and didn’t want in a SUV. New Odyssey I bought a Honda Odyssey from Zeck a few weeks back. Within a week I had an issue with one of the sliding doors not closing properly and what my husba I bought a Honda Odyssey from Zeck a few weeks back. Within a week I had an issue with one of the sliding doors not closing properly and what my husband described as a shutter relating to the transmission or something along those lines. I talked to my sales guy Payton and he got my car in ASAP. They gave me a courtesy vehicle to use which I was appreciative of because I know not every dealership will do that and we are over an hour away so it’s not easy to just have someone drop me and two kids off, or pick us up, plus car seats. I was worried about getting the odyssey back in time because we have a family reunion to attend this weekend and while we had a courtesy vehicle it was a lot smaller than the odyssey. I voiced my concerns to Payton as well as the service manager David and they both got to work making sure my vehicle was done quickly. The real icing on the cake was that they had someone drive over an hour to deliver my odyssey to me and pick up the courtesy vehicle while my children were napping! Huge deal if you’ve never driven anywhere for 2+ hours with small children asking for snacks every 7 seconds. Payton, thanks for making the purchase process easy, fixing the things that needed fixed and being 110% pleasant the entire time! More

Trade in! Steve Courter was a great sales man. Once I told him what I was looking for he found the right match for me. He went over everything about the 2016 Fo Steve Courter was a great sales man. Once I told him what I was looking for he found the right match for me. He went over everything about the 2016 Ford Escape that I bought in great detail. We went on a great test drive, through hills, curves and on the highway. I went in on a Saturday just looking for at cars and I fell in love with this vehicle and I didn’t want someone to take it. So Zeck worked with me and let me test drive it for the weekend. Came back early Monday morning and officially bought the car. I would recommend Steve and Zeck to anyone they’re really good about knowing their information on the cars. And they sure know how to answer questions so all people there understand. 10 out of 10 would so recommend these guys/gals. Oh yes don’t forget the guys at the end they clean and make your brand new car or truck shiny. More
