Used Ford Edge Timely service, friendly staff, fun environment. Car was waiting for us when we pulled in. Overall very satisfied. Update: Apparently the communication between sales and service isn’t good. Car had low tire indicator, pulled to the left and the brakes were soft. Sales committed that service would be done today and car delivered by this evening. Sales called at 10:15 this morning to let us know the car was in the service department for diagnosis and repair. By 3:00 in the afternoon we had heard nothing from Sales and had to call to find out that the service department backlog was 4-5 days. Commitment made now by Sales is that we will have a “Vehicle delivered today for us to use until this one is repaired”. Will post follow on update and amend review at the next update. Update 4:00 pm. Sales called and said another car will be delivered within the hour. UPDATE: Loaner vehicle delivered at 5:00 as promised. Sales followed up with a text message. Final Update 12/31/2018 - The Car was delivered this evening. Everything we had asked to be addressed was taken care of much to our satisfaction. Sage did a very good job of following through on his commitments, and we are very happy to begin the new year with our new car. Despite the rocky start, I am overall very pleased with the service we received and would gladly recommend Sage and the Zeck team. More
