I did not snap at the offer but looked around at four other Ford dealerships and could not beat Terry's initial offer. I was a cash customer and having to transfer funds from various institutions, put a hold on my money till funds were verified. This took several days, but they patiently waited for my funds to be verified. Within a few days I was able to be driving my new used 2013 Explorer home.
